Admission Process

Procedure

  • The college has developed a transparent and efficient admission process.
  • Application forms and information brochures are to be obtained from the college office and may also be downloaded from this website
  • Completed application forms should be submitted on or before the notified date.
  • Merit list will be notified on the college notice board as well as the Institutional website.
  • Candidates provisionally selected for admission should appear before the Admission Committee with parents/guardians.

Details:

  • Bring the following documents:
  • SSLC/X marks card - original
  • II PUC/ XII marks card - original
  • Four Recent Passport size photographs
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate(if applicable)
  • Students Email-ID
  • Student Mobile Number
  • Landline and Mobile Numbers of Parent/Guardian
  • Copies of Caste and income Certificates (If applicable)
  • Aadhar Card

Note: All above mentioned documents must be carried by the student in both Hard and Soft copy during the time of admission

  • Parent/Guardian must accompany the candidate
  • Admission timings: 9am - 2:30pm
  • Fee to be paid in Bank of India, Seshadripuram branch or DD may be submitted in favour of 'PRINCIPAL, SESHADRIPURAM COLLEGE'.
  • For online fees payment student can contact the college office for further details.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded.
  • Fees includes: Course Manual, ID card, Sports Facilities, Mobile attendance, Lab, Library, Digital library Services, Alumini Registration, Tution Fees, university Fees, processing Fees as notified by University and other facilities on offered by the campus from time to time.
  • All students must duly comply with attendance and other regulations
  • Seats for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/All other applicable categories are available in accordance with government norms on production of valid caste certificate and income certificate.
  • SC/ ST category candidates are assisted to apply for reimbursement of fees from the concerned Welfare Boards as per government notifications.
  • Students are selected on the basis of merit in the qualifying examinations. Financial assistance will be provided for outstanding achievers in Sports, Cultural, NCC and similar forums. However, the rules of reservation laid down by the Government of Karnataka will be applicable.

Note:

  • Admissions for the UG courses are open after PU results. Direct admissions for those scoring 90% and above in PU examination.
  • Management reserves the right to admission.
  • Admission for PG Programs are open immediately after the announcement of III B.Com. results.
  • Mobile Number must be linked with Aadhar Number for complying with various University Regulation.
  • The Mobile Number provide d during the admission must be continued in service till the course completion.
